For WUSM faculty, trainees, and staff

In order to relieve some of the burden that healthcare workers managing triage hotlines are currently facing, trained Washington University School of Medicine (WUSM) students have volunteered to run hotlines for School of medicine employees (faculty, trainees, and staff) who may have questions about potential illness and/or exposures. With the help of medical students, we hope to not only increase the capacity of the hotlines, but also extend the hours that the hotlines are available. Our email hotline is currently being monitored from 8:00 AM-8:00 PM on weekdays and 12:00 PM-6:00 PM on Saturday/Sunday.

*Update as of April 4, 2020: the student-run email hotline is officially closed. Please use the new hotline telephone numbers if you have any questions. These phone numbers are managed by health professionals.
